Microsoft to supply Coca-Cola with business software for 5 years

Microsoft to supply Coca-Cola with business software for 5 years after securing the deal recently including its teams chat app and other tools for customer service agents.

Both companies did not say or explain the size of the deal but made us understand the deal will include Dynamics 365, a suite of Microsoft tolls that we all know competes with salesforce.com Incorporated.

Microsoft’s Phillips said, Coca-Cola’s customer service agents intend to use the system to help them quickly answer questions from the Coca-Cola customers, which include major also their major retailers and major grocers around the world.
